Dancing With The Stars Season 12 Cast

Dancing With The Stars Season 12 Cast

It’s no secret that I’ve found myself more and more disinterested in “Dancing With The Stars.” The past few seasons there have been more faux stars than real ones. Jennifer Grey was great last season, but at the same time the whole thing was tainted by she who shall not be named and stayed way too long!

The new season’s cast was announced tonight during “The Bachelor” and I feel fairly confident that unless there is NOTHING else on TV those night, I pretty much won’t be tuning in. I just don’t have an interest in any of these contestants, and frankly as usual only know who half of them even are.

Sugar Ray Leonard
Chelsea Kane
(Lil) Romeo
Ralph Macchio
Petra Nemcova
Kendra Wilkinson
Hines Ward
Mike Catherwood
Wendy Williams
Chris Jericho
鼎宝福彩 Kirstie Alley

鼎宝福彩 Posted by Dustin on 02.28.2011 at 7:37 pm

鼎宝福彩A lot of people seem to be excited about the upcoming season premier of “Army Wives,” but worried at the same time. The video preview Lifetime is airing seems to indicate a death is coming as we see all the wives at an army funeral. Is it one of their own, or is this just a red herring? My guess is the only person they can really kill off at this point is Jeremy.

Here are the spoiler blurbs from the TV listings . . . .

Denise prepares to meet Jeremy’s fiancée while caring for her newborn.

The Season Finale of V . . . and some Private Practice Spoiler Bits

Early march on ABC seems to be a whole lotta reruns! Must be basketball time again (or something). Early to Mid-March really only has new “V” and a new episode of “Private Practice.”

“Devil in a Blue Dress” – Anna is about to pull the switch on the planet’s first Blue Energy reactor, but Sid realizes that the size of the reactor is much too large for just the various Concordia sites – the Fifth Column needs to figure out what Anna is really up to. And Diana tells Lisa she must act against Anna now, fulfill her destiny and save humans from annihilation, on “V,” TUESDAY, MARCH 8 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on ABC.

Guest stars include Jane Badler as Diana, Roark Critchlow as A.D. Paul Kendrick, Mark Hildreth as Joshua, Ona Grauer as Kerry Eltoff, Christopher Shyer as Marcus, Bret Harrison as Dr. Sidney Miller, Martin Cummins as Thomas.

Marc Singer Guest Stars

鼎宝福彩“Mother’s Day” – Anna is focused on having Lisa breed with Tyler to ensure the evolution of the Visitors, while Erica and Diana enlist Lisa to stage a coup against Anna and remove her from power before humanity is destroyed. Erica and the Fifth Column join Lisa in the attempted coup, which has devastating results, on the shocking Season Two finale of “V,” TUESDAY, MARCH 15 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on ABC. Also in the episode, Marc Singer, who played freedom fighter Mike Donovan on the original “V” series, will guest star as Lars Tremont, a member of a top secret organization of high-ranking military and government leaders from around the globe who have long suspected that the Visitors are very much not here in peace.

鼎宝福彩Guest stars include Jane Badler as Diana, Marc Singer as Lars Tremont, Roark Critchlow as A.D. Paul Kendrick, Jay Karnes as Chris Bolling, Mark Hildreth as Joshua, Christopher Shyer as Marcus, Martin Cummins as Thomas.

“Private Practice” Airs at a Special Time, 9:00 p.m., ET

“Love and Lies” – The doctors of Oceanside clash when an expectant mother and her husband, desperate to have children, come to them in order to harvest the eggs of their unborn, ill-fated baby; meanwhile, Amelia tries to help a friend who threatens suicide if her tests for Huntington’s Disease are positive, and Fife returns to tell Naomi how he feels about her, on “Private Practice,” THURSDAY, MARCH 17 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Parenthood: Crosby Screwed It All Up!

Parenthood: Crosby Screwed It All Up!

Posted by Dustin on 02.27.2011 at 9:06 pm

鼎宝福彩Last week’s “Parenthood” was just another AMAZING show!

Sarah gave Seth hell when he planned to up and leave for a new show-biz opportunity, which would have meant up and leaving Drew, with whom he had plans. Amber continued to give her dad hell for always failing to be there for her growing up, so she was not yet ready to accept him back. In the end Seth did right by his kids and told them he was leaving, but wanted to stay in touch. Amber seems to have forgiven him, and Drew just clearly wants a dad so much he’ll forgive anything. I am hoping we get to see Seth come back at some point, but I don’t want Sarah back with him! Jason Ritter’s character returns this coming week, so maybe the romance for them will too? Though I guess he has to report back to “The Event” shortly, so I won’t be getting my hopes up. It does look like Sarah’s passion for writing has been revived.

鼎宝福彩I love love loved the story with Julia and Joel’s little gir Sydney up and deciding she was a vegetarian. The scene with her and her grandparents, where Zeke told her she had to eat one of the two dishes grandma prepared, and she held firm and wouldn’t eat either, that scene was great. She’s such a good little actor and lights up every scene she’s in. Camille and Zeke later lit up the screen too, with sparks of passion as they got it on in the laundry room. Oh my!

Of course Crosby just screwed everything to hell and back in this episode after his fling with Max’s behavior tutor came to light. The tutor, who liked Crosby a lot, had to quit her job. This devastated Christina, as she had made so much progress with Max. Jasmine of course came to apologize to Crosby for her behavior and talk about things . . . . only to learn Crosby slept with someone else. All I could hear when he was talking was Ross from “Friends” screaming “We were on a break!”

The final scene with Adam giving Crosby hell for just screwing up everything, for not only ruining things with Jasmine, the best thing in his life, but also for screwing things for Max . . . wow! I thought Adam was going to clock him. Of course the end when Max heard his father screaming at Crosby about him having Asberger’s sets up this week’s episode when they have to tell Max about his illness. I can’t wait! this has become my favorite show on TV as of late, even if Crosby does make me want to smack myself in my head a lot.

Grey’s and Private Practice: Adele’s Issue and Naomi and Sam Smooch!

Grey’s and Private Practice: Adele’s Issue and Naomi and Sam Smooch!

Posted by Dustin on 02.27.2011 at 7:27 pm

So on the latest “Grey’s Anatomy,” Alex and the new baby doc continued their romance, while Meredith hit a set back in her fertility treatments, having to stop them as they were having side effects with her vision. I really hope she gets her baby before the end of the season, though something tells me based on this show Christina is going to end up pregnant next.

鼎宝福彩Bailey and Meredith had a powwow to convince The Chief that his wife, who made another trip to the ER, needed medical tests and attention. The Chief finally asked Derek to take a look at her. What kind of bad luck or karma does The Chief have if he ends up with both the loves of his life ending up with Alzheimer’s? Hopefully it will be something else, but it would be an interesting story to have Adele in Derek’s trials.

鼎宝福彩This episode also gave fruit to two new possible couples. The first was Jackson and Lexie. Hmmmmm, I still want her with Mark honestly, so I’m not onboard with this. I thought Jackson would end up with either Teddy or April. April meanwhile got asked out by Stark of all people. Eeeewwwwwww! He’s such a nasty and foul man, and she said yes? Is she that desperate? I don’t know if I will hate this story, or if it will turn out to be amazing. She did have an affect on him, convincing him not to call CPS on the mother with alzheimer’s whose son’s tumor went unattended to.

Over on “Private Practice,” a bulk of the show dealt with everyone reacting to Violet’s manuscript, which apparently was a tell all book that border-lined on trashy medical drama . . . kinda like this show! She probably should have talked to her friends before airing their dirty laundry. The best scene was when Sheldon said she could have talked about his more positive attributes, and in the background Amelia was making the “This Big” gesture.

One of the other big stories was one of those classic stories involving unborn babies that this show just seems to love to do. A teen with downs syndrome got pregnant by her learning disabled boyfriend, and the mother had to make a decision whether to keep the baby, which itself could be special needs. Naomi, being opposed to abortion, tried to convince her to at least wait and have tests done on the child (which came back healthy). However the mother had the baby aborted anyways, even before knowing, because she knew these kids couldn’t care for a baby, and she would not be able to care for all three of them. It really was a sad story, and in the end Naomi realized she had actually not thought of the mother’s situation and was possibly making a hard situation worse for her. This of course lead her and Sam, who also worked on this case, to a big smooch. Ohhhhhh no! This won’t go down well with Addison, and for once it won’t be Addison who screwed things up. After being lectured by both Sam and Naomi for the past few episodes about her ability to screw up every relationship she’s in . . . . wow for once I actually find myself on Addison’s side!

American Idol Season 10

American Idol Season 10

鼎宝福彩 Posted by Dustin on 02.25.2011 at 12:00 am

So tonight the top 24 were revealed on “American Idol.” I didn’t watch all of the auditions, and I watched as much of Vegas and Hollywood as I could. From what I’ve seen . . . . SO SO SO impressed. Last year’s show was just such an abomination on so many levels. Too many judges, behind the seen judging drama with people coming and going, and of course not enough talent. As much as the judging issue was an issue, the talent was a bigger one. There really was nobody last season I felt I could root for that much or really cared about. I mean let’s be honest, who won last year and where are they now? Where are ANY of the people from last year really? I mean nobody seems to have record deals or are on the air! That’s not a good thing.

The talent is clearly in it this year though. These kids can sing, so it should be a good competition. The only thing that has me worried is that there are a lot of kids that I’d put in the “adult contemporary” category because of their song choices. Given Idol likes to throw in wacky theme weeks, I think we’re gunna see some of these contestants struggle.

As for the judges . . . . love love LOVE Steven and Jennifer. I really didn’t think I would as much as I do, but they are just so good!

鼎宝福彩Should be an interesting ride! Hopefully it will keep me glued this year.

Glee: Party Till You Puke!

Glee: Party Till You Puke!

鼎宝福彩 Posted by Dustin on 02.23.2011 at 7:09 pm

Last night’s episode of “Glee” completely washed away the stench of the prior “Bieber” inspired episode. I too have wiped that travesty, save for the awesome “Rent” duet by Mercedes and Rachel, from my own mind.

鼎宝福彩I love love loved last night’s episode. There were so many great lines. I think my favorite goes to . . . . Santana! Yes, Sanata, not Brittany. I loved her line about alcohol awareness “I’m aware how much fun alcohol is!”

Not the message to send to kids of course, but in the end they made sure to send the right/responsible message. I really liked that Beastie and Will had a real talk about teens and drinking and how to handle it best. That being some teens are going to drink no matter what they tell them, the best they can do in those cases is also teach them to be safe.

I will admit, I screamed at one point because I thought Will and The Beastie were going to have drunk sex. I also loved Will’s drunk text, and how Sue’s plan backfired completely. Figgins, thinking the puke fest at the assembly was “special effects” was hilarious. Though I did wonder what the hell they were drinking and eating to have grey puke.

Oh, Figgins also introducing the song by “K, dollar sign, Haaaa” was hilarious too.

鼎宝福彩I am hoping that after Emma heard Will’s drunk dial, along with the rest of the school, that perhaps she’ll rethink Dr. Carl. Of course I’m still waiting for Terry to pop up pregnant at some point, from that one night stand awhile back.

The Blaine story . . . I’m so glad they didn’t make him go Bi. Poor Kurt has been hurt enough as is. When is he going to dump the Warblers and return to New Directions already!

Sunday 2/20 With The Wives and Walkers

Sunday 2/20 With The Wives and Walkers

鼎宝福彩 Posted by Dustin on 02.21.2011 at 1:04 pm

I seems the past two sundays I keep getting distracted during these two shows. Last night I faired better though. However someone is now punishing me by not having new episodes of either for two weeks. Ahhh!

On “Housewives,” I hate hate hate the way the Bree and Keith story turned out, with him having to chose between her and his son. Of course Bree in part brought this on herself, but in the end told him the age difference and his desire to have a kid was important and he needed to be with his kid. I hope we see Keith back some day!

鼎宝福彩The story with Gabby returning home and confronting her step-father’s grave, but more importantly the nun who she confided in and did nothing, was so powerful! I’m still hoping we’ll see Grace and her family again at some point.

The resolution of the Paul and Zack storyline, with Zack strung out and telling his dad that nobody could ever love him, which is why mom/Mary Alice shot herself . . . wow! Then when he through Beth out at the end saying nobody could ever love him, I actually for a moment felt sorry for both of them. The show hinted someone on the lane was going to pull a Mary Alice in the next episode. I’m guessing it’s either Beth or Paul at this point.

I’ve really been enjoying the Susan story as of late. However at the end of this episode with her collapsing . . . Susan better find a kidney and stat!

On “Brother and Sisters,” we went through a whole bunch of is she or isn’t she William’s kid with Sarah. In the end she was William’s kid. For me this whole thing just started reminding me of the horror that was the Ryan storyline. Shivers! Glad it ended the way it did.

鼎宝福彩The man who might have been returned into Nora’s life for a brief episode. Once again it was another installment of Nora’s unfortunate love life. Will she ever find a man? At this point my money is on NO!

I’m honestly more interested in the Olivia storyline, which has been absent the past few episodes, save for a few mentions of her. I have actually like having Tommy back. Shocking I know. He was always such an ass on the show. However it’s good to see him back and not being a total jerk all the time. Though I’m not sure about this new wife of his yet . . . .
